Womedia Interview: Fatima Mohammad, Founder of Tech Teens

“We will try to create a new generation of young programmers,” Fatima Mohammad, founder of Tech Teens, says in this womedia interview.

After Fatima fled Basra, Iraq due to the violence there, she headed to Erbil where she took a coding course. Inspired by her son’s questions about her new skills, she founded Tech Teens, which teaches kids between the ages of 13 to 17 programming skills as they create their own websites and games.
